You have 15 days (starting when you receive your pieces) to return the package. If the pieces arrive broken or you have any kind of problem with shipping, contact us! We will be happy to help you if you have any problem. The client must assume the shipping costs back to the studio.
Nathnit does NOT accept any returns except when the order is delivered in bad condition (faulty items). If you didn’t receive your items in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Once your return has been approved, the refund will be made to the account you used to place your order. After your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, it may take up to 10 business days before you see the money back in your account.
In all cases, any products sent in for an exchange must be in perfect condition and unused, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange. It’s responsibility of the buyer to provide the necessary packaging to make sure the products arrive in good condition. All costs associated with product exchanges will be the buyer’s responsibility. The exchange expenses will be of 5,95€ and will need to be paid through bank wire transfer or PayPal before the exchange is made.
